Original product description
BOBAN Mud Recycling System is mainly used in HDD & micro-tunnelling projects to process the drilling cuttings in the mud. It combines shale shaker, desilter, desander, mud mixing hopper & centrifugal pump into one small footprint unit. Easy transportation, and save space in drilling site.
On top of the tank it mountes a compact mud cleaner, with a dual-layer liner motion under-flow shale shaker. The shale shaker is equipped with two layers of screens with different meshes, achieving two-stage screening function simultaneously.
Two centrifugal pumps are mounted on base of the unit, with purpose of feeding the desilter cyclones and mud mixing hopper.
