Naves industriales / Galpones / Tinglados | Estructuras de acero prefabricadas Para recibir un anteproyecto (presupuesto y planos de referencia), lea atentamente y responda la siguiente informacion .
Si ya cuenta con un diseño propio, envie los planos via el lugar donde se quiere construir: velocidad del viento, nieve, temporada de huracanes ( de no saberlo, aclarar el pais en donde se quiere realizar el proyecto).
Materiales de las paredes y el techo: chapa galvanizada con lana de vidrio o paneles sandwich ( lana de vidrio, lana de roca, EPS o poliuretano). Aberturas: PVC o aluminio. De no saber la cantidad necesaria o la disposicion de las mismas, se puede revisar luego de diseñar el anteproyecto.
Portones: automatizados o corredizos Accesorios: aclarar si se necesita ventilacion, chapas translucidas para luz natural, etc. De ser necesario se pueden agregar oficinas, baños o vestuarios al proyecto. Tailong Steel Structure Co., Ltd.

Informacion sobre la estructura y sus materiales: La estructura de acero se dividen en dos partes, la principal compuesta de las vigas y columnas (generalmente perfiles I, dependiendo del proyecto) las cuales conforman los porticos estructurales;y la secundaria compuesta por correas galvanizadas (perfiles C o Z) y tensores de acero los cuales le dan rigidez a la estructura y a la vez sirven de anclaje para las paredes y el techo.
Generalmente la estructura principal tiene dos manos de pintura antioxido, pero de ser necesario se pueden galvanizar. Las paredes y techo pueden estar compuestos por un sistema de chapa de acero galvanizado con lana de vidrio o de paneles sandwich. De manera estandar se ccon un espesor de 50mm.
Espesores disponinles: 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm. Densidades entre 80 -120 kg\m3.Tornillos, tuercas, brackets, tornillos de anclaje y demas insumos se cotizan en el presupuesto.
