In a vacuum environment, a decrease in oxygen content helps maintain the color and nutritional content of meat products, while promoting better penetration of the marinade. Meat chunks or fillings are massaged and marinated by flipping up and down, colliding and hitting each other in a drum.

This process helps the marinade to be fully absorbed by the meat, enhancing its binding and elasticity, and improving the taste and cross-sectional effect of the product. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, with a compact structure.

The two ends of the drum are equipped with a spinning type sealing cap structure, which increases the wrestling space inside the drum, making the rolling effect of the product uniform, with low noise and reliable performance.
