Original product description
The opening and closing of the BIB series inverted bucket steam trap is based on the difference in specific gravity between condensed water and steam The inverted bucket in its mechanical device is connected to the valve body through a connecting rod.
The steam inside the bucket gradually decreases due to the continuous entry and discharge of condensed water into the valve and condensation, resulting in a gradual reduction in its buoyancy. When the buoyancy is less than its own weight, the inverted bucket sinks to open the drain valve.
The non condensable gases gathered at the upper end of the valve cavity are discharged successively through the valve hole along with the condensed water inside the valve The inverted bucket rises and sinks to achieve the closure and opening of the drain valve, which can timely and effectively discharge condensed water from various heat exchange equipment .
