Solid Control Equipment Mud Cleaner/Mud Desilters | RFQ Sourcing Details

Desilter is composed of 8-12 nos φ125 polyurethane hydraulic cyclone and a small fine shaker combination. It is used to remove the drilling fluids 20-40μm harmful solid phase. Desilter is the third important solids control facility in drilling mud purification system.

It could enhance the performance of drilling mud, and can work together with desander cleaner. Commonly used cone is 4" or 5" , which can remove 15-47μm solids particles in drilling fluids. Desilter is also called Hydrocyclone Desilter on the basis of clients' handling ability.

Besides oilfield drilling fluids separation, desilter is also usedin horizontal directional drilling(HDD), coal bed methane drilling, bored piling, micro-tunnelling and other trenchless project. BOBAN desilter can bu customized to meet different requirement for different drilling fluids function in different industry.

We can customize the dimention & capacity of the flowline shale shaker as well as the desilter cyclones quantity for different purpose.
