Mud non-landing is a common name for equipment suspension treatment, also known as equipment liquid non-landing, which refers to the use of mud non-landing equipment to screen out the suspension in the equipment liquid.

The main equipment of the water-based mud non-landing treatment system includes: high-speed drilling fluid centrifuge, drilling fluid drying screen, drilling hydraulic filter, screw conveyor, dosing unit, mud tank and cuttings box.

The treated mud is injected into the mud circulation system for recycling. The waste left during the treatment process is transported to the drilling hydraulic filter through a screw conveyor for further processing.
Finally, the solid materials coming out of the filter press are sent to a cuttings box and transported to a designated location for processing. Oil-based mud does not fall to the ground: The drilling fluid mud to be processed is transported to the drilling cuttings dryer (drilling cuttings dryer).
