Hondin ZYQ series mud gas separator is the professional equipment to process the gas cut drilling mud..The proportion and viscosity of the gas cut mud will emerge large deviation, it can not meet the requirement of drilling. More seriously, it will result in kick, even blowout accident occurred.
Mud gas separator combined withignition device can be used to process the gas-cut drilling mud effectively and timely. ZYQ series mud gas separator is divided into manual-control and auto-control according to the operation method.
Characteristics 1,Mud gas separator adopts bottom discharge to control the working fluid level to ensure the fluid level in the separator is constant, and at the same time solves the problem of sand accumulation in the tank.
2,Mud gas separator tank is equipped with a special channel for gas separation, the gas is emptied smoothly, improving the effect of gas treatment. 3,Mud gas separator adopts centrifugal separation, physical impact separation, vacuum separation and other separation technologies to ensure the gas separation effect.
4,Mud gas separator liquid supply pipe is installed with buffer device at each corner and equipped with replaceable impact-resistant baffle, which can be regularly inspected and replaced according to the wear and tear situation, prolonging the service life of the equipment.
5,Mud gas separator anti-sulphur type liquid-gas separator adopts special material for manufacturing and processing, which can comple usion drilling fluid from the separator inlet tangent into the separator, along the inner wall falls on a specially designed series of internal baffles, collision, increase the exposed surface area, downward flow, resulting in turbulent flow, so that the gas and drilling fluid Separation.
