Product Overview The cyclone spray tower (also known as: cyclone tower, hybrid cyclone tower, cyclone spray device, pneumatic cyclone spray tower, wet cyclone tower) is designed for handling sticky dust, oily exhaust gas, paint mist, and other conditions that dry-type equipment cannot handle.
It combines centrifugal cyclone and water curtain spray dual purification technology to separate particulate matter and neutralize harmful gases, achieving purification efficiencies of up to 95% to 99%. Core Technologies and Highlights 1.
High-Efficiency Gas-Liquid Hybrid Purification System Cyclone Layer: Dust-laden exhaust gas enters a high-speed cyclone drum, where centrifugal force creates a gas-liquid emulsification reaction. Large dust particles sink to the water tank, improving separation efficiency by 40%.
