High Efficiency HDD 500gpm Drilling Mud Mixing Sy | RFQ Sourcing Details

Mud Recycling System is mainly used in HDD & micro-tunnelling projects to process the drilling cuttings in the mud. It combines shale shaker, desilter, desander, mud mixing hopper & centrifugal pump into one small footprint unit. Easy transportation, and save space in drilling site.

On top of the tank it mountes a compact mud cleaner, with a dual-layer liner motion under-flow shale shaker. The shale shaker is equipped with two layers of screens with different meshes, achieving two-stage screening function simultaneously.

Two centrifugal pumps are mounted on base of the unit, with purpose of feeding the desilter cyclones and mud mixing hopper. Mud is the key factor in HDD construction to make sure that HDD can be performed in high efficiency.
