The swaying feeder, which is suitable for evenly feeding granular materials from silo, is specially applicable for feeding for ball mill and belt conveyor, However, it is not suitable for feeding dry powder materials or large sized particles, which would cause the dust pollution or clogging of discharge port.
The swaying feeder with simple structure and easy operation and maintenance, could be applied in production operation for pilot plant, small and medium ore dressing plant. The disc feeder is a volumetric metering feeding equipment that can uniformly and continuously feed materials to the next process.
It is suitable for feeding various non-viscous materials and is not suitable for powdery materials with good flowability. The disc feeder has two types: suspended type and seated type.
The one This series of feeders is driven by an electric motor through a cylindrical gear reducer with different speed ratios, and the disc body of different specifications in diameters is driven. It is mainly used in industries such as coal selection, mineral processing, building materials, and power.
