150 000 kcal husk furnace suspension combustion stove suspended burner biomass fuel furnacerning Product Usage The husk furnace is to use rice hull/husk as fuel to generate hot air.
It is widely used for grain dryer, boiler, The whole system includes bucket elevator, husk storage silo, husk automatically feeding system, heat exchanger, furnace, PLC control system... 5L-150 husk furnace can serve for 4~5 sets of 35 tons per batch dryers.
Product Advantage Power resource : husk used for our heat blast stove are renewable energy. Environmental protection : our heat blast stove low smoke exhaust, resulting in less exhaust emission, perfectly meets the national environmental protection requirements.
Safety : Our heat blast stove can be operated without annual inspection and certification but these are a must for boiler. Commercial : 1KG biomass generates 4000. Kcal, 1KG grain shell generates 3200. Kcal, 1KG diesel generates 8670. Kcal.
Price of biomass is around 0.1 usd/KG, grain shell is around 0.05 usd/KG while 1 usd/ KG for diesel. 1.
Kg biomass with 0.1 usd can supply the same power generated by 0.46KG diesel with cost of usd 0.5;1KG biomass with 0.05 usd can supply the same power generated by 0.37kG diesel with cost of 0.4 usd , it is cheaper to produce the same amount of heat to burn biomass or grain shel l than to burn diesel.
